We ship via FedEx, United States Postal Service, OnTrack, and other courier services depending on the preferred preference of the customer, the destination and the best cost. Our shipments are shipped out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Shipping is paid by the customer.

Returns & Replacements
Like many retailers, we guarantee our products; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can send it back. Depending on the reason, our actions will differ. Please read below for more information.

Change of Mind
If you receive a product and you decide you do not want it, you may return it within 15 days. However, you are responsible for the shipping to get it back to us as well as the shipping you paid to get it to you. A 5-15% restocking fee may also be charged depending on the product.

Defective Products
If the product is defective or damaged we will replace it with a new item. You must call us or email us within 24 hours of receiving the product however.
