Shipping & Delivery
We ship via FedEx, United States Postal Service, OnTrack, and other courier services depending on the preferred preference of the customer, the destination and the best cost. Our shipments are shipped out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Shipping is paid by the customer.

Returns & Replacements

Returns and replacements are something that differ from situation to situation, therefore we handle each case individually. We do not refund opened items or exchange open items. if there is a notable defect to a product we will access the situation and if available we will replace the product. 

Change of Mind
If you receive a product and you decide you do not want it, you may return it within 15 days. However, you are responsible for the shipping to get it back to us as well as the shipping you paid to get it to you. A 5-15% restocking fee may also be charged depending on the product. This does not include open items or items where there are no defects to the original item/form.

Defective Products
If the product is defective or damaged we will replace it with a new item. You must call us or email us within 24 hours of receiving the product however.  You may also call us at 714.698.8012 or email us at [email protected]


Ordering
You may order online via our website & we are currently doing contactless pickups via online ordering through our Warehouse Pickup option when selecting a “shipping method”. Please wait to receive a pick up notification email or call before any attempted pickup.
